These things take time.
You can’t rush Art.
Inspiration is the crime.
I don’t know where to start.

It’s taking forever.
The world can’t wait.
Inspiration is wherever.
You always finish late.

Do you want it perfect?
Can you wait until it’s done?
Did you forget?
Life should also be fun.

It was at a place I never been before.
A dark ally I have never seen,
But it was where I needed to be,
For my appointment at 4:15,
The receptionist greeted me,
As I was coming in,
She looked like she was
The only person there
And she greets me with a grin.

"You are right on time,
So he will see you now."
In my hand I held an appointment card
Not ever knowing how.
"Who is he?" I asked,
As if i didn't know.
She said, "its God,
The actual God!
And he doesn't like a show."

So I of course walk on in,
Not knowing what to expect.
There stood a black man in white,
who instantly had my respect.
"Are you really God?" I asked
As I was skeptical his looks
He said "yes Kelly, I am.
I have all your baby books!"
"So that nurse works for you?
Is not that a pain?"
God said "my son, her and I
Are one the same."

Not knowing what to say
I try to clear my face of awe
God not missing a beat,
Knew exactly what I saw.
"Correct" he said,
"is the path that you are treading on.
May I interfere.
You are doing some things wrong.

"Just stay on your path,
& help to free the slaves
And always try to remember,
To brush twice each day."
Then with a pat on the shoulder
He sent me on my way,
"I am a very busy guy,
I have appointments everyday day.
But I said I would get back to you,
This I now have done,
So always respect others
And try to have a little fun."

I left after that
Not knowing what to say,
Most my questions he had answered
In his godly sort of way,
As I walked out the door
His whole office disappears
And I was called to work
Now rid of all my fears.
The sun was never up,
The clock says 5:45,
My alarm wakes me up,
Congratulations I'm alive.

Ive never seen God in my dreams.
Or the element of time.
Is it possible this was something more?
Perhaps a gift from the Divine?

Wow. Is this real? Am I Finally a Real Author?

It has been a long run and finally, its a dream come true. An online home for my writing and my book series the Final age of Magic, Available World Wide May 3/2021

In the meantime I present to you a poem I feel is very personal to me, because its based on a true story, and I cannot think of nothing more inspiring to launch my website with, then with this poem.

There is much more coming in the way of art, poetry, and story content to be uploaded here in the coming years. I pray that you will enjoy this journey with me.
